The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Graduate Operations Analyst to join our valuations team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with projects such as system improvements and standardization of reporting
  • Provide analysis of client specific VAS financial control mechanisms to ensure compliance with contractual requirements 
  • Analysis and auditing of reporting 
  • Collaboration with People team including processing and management of recruitment requisition process
  • Preparation of data and compilation of file details for audit, and file governance, 
  • Review of payroll and commissions as part of SOX review. 
  • Monthly Operations reports – collect and review forecasting, review debt reports, annual leave and productivity reports

  • Experience in a professional environment where you have demonstrated your financial ability and literacy
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, 
  • BI, PeopleSoft experience advantageous 
  • High level of accuracy and numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
