Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the director of operations with various tasks such as expense management, marketing, compliance, and communications
  • Assistance with marketing campaigns - timelines, marketing budgets/quotes, preparing and coordinating the production and creative design of marketing materials (such as flyers and LinkedIn)
  • Type, format, and produce documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.
  • Maintain calendar and contact database, scheduled appointments, and completed travel or conference arrangements 
  • General support and assistance as required by the DSF team

About you

Here’s what CBRE is looking for in this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Commercial Property Industry and/or Banking. 
  • Open to new graduates with relevant degrees.
  • Self-starter who is delivery and outcomes focused.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and verbal.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel is highly regarded.
