Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand 2019 Achiever Programme

The 2019 Achiever Programme will open on 29 July. Submission of online applications close on 11 August at 11:59PM (AEST)**.

The Achiever Programme is open to students currently undertaking tertiary studies in business, commerce or accounting in Australia or New Zealand and who are looking for work experience opportunities during their summer break.

Achiever placements range between 3 - 12 weeks of work experience with one of our participating employers between November 2019 and March 2020.

The application process is comparable to various graduate recruitment programmes and includes:

1. Online application – Make sure you have your CV and academic transcript ready. If you are an international student, you will be required to submit your English language test result.
2. Psychometric testing – If your application matches the desired criteria, you will receive an invite to complete a game based cognitive and emotional intelligence test.
3. Video interview – If you are successful in the above test, you will receive an invite to submit a video interview.
4. Assessment centres/Phone interview – If you are shortlisted, you will receive an invite to attend one of our assessment centres or phone interview (dependent on your region).
5. Face-to-face employer interview – At the final stage, you will be invited to interview with the employer you have been matched with.
