The opportunity

The Cheilblazers Graduate Program will provide you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our creative output for our clients, however, you choose. As a Cheilblazer you will gain the key skills, knowledge and opportunities to create connected experiences that matter. Under the mentorship of our leaders, you will have the chance to work on active client briefs, support live projects and grow your network.

This is a full-time time 6-month paid graduate program where we offer you a culture of support, inclusion and opportunity in an environment that allows you to follow your passions and bring out the best in you.

Choose your adventure

Cheil offers a variety of opportunities across a number of business areas outlined below;

• Account Management – for relationship builders, act as the true conduits between our clients and the rest of the creative agency.
• Creative, Design + Studio – for wordsmiths and innovators, develop creative ideas as a Designer, Art Director, Copywriter, or Artist.
• Creative Services - for workflow wranglers and natural leaders, oversee and manage timelines and resources for creative and digital projects.
• Digital Experience – for digital dynamos, oversee the digital experiences of our clients including e-commerce websites from design to development and search optimization.
• Retail Design + Production – for space and mood creators, plan, manage and oversee fit out, interior and industrial design projects.
• Corporate Services - for the supportive and detail oriented, oversee the organisation’s day to day operations in Finance and People & Culture.

Are You a Cheilblazer?

• You are a recent graduate (within last 12 months) in related discipline
• Available full time for 6 months from 12th February 2024 to 9th August 2024
• You have a passion for creative ideation and an innovative mindset
• You are detail-oriented, ambitious and be a self-starter
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a great work ethic with the willingness to learn
