The team I am in allows for flexible working hours which has made my life easy and enhanced my ability to get my work done.
I am allowed to leave early if required and so I am happy to stay late at times when required

The nature of legal profession does lead to the occasional periods of long hours but this is not the norm at Clayton Utz. People are able to maintain a great work life balance as long as they communicate well. The support system at the firm helps with this quite alot.

Hours are reasonable. Changes depending on demand but I have the ability to come in and leave when is appropriate (given reasonable). Company is flexible when it comes to hours.

Considering this is a top-tier law firm, I am very satisfied with the hours. They seem to be reasonable. There is an element of present ism which doesn't affect me as I like to come into the office everyday anyway. But for those who need to work from home, depending on the team, it can be challenging to maintain flexibility while ensuring you receive work/engagement from colleagues.
