Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage contractors' time logs for accurate payroll computation.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks, including reports, reconciliations, queries, and meetings.
- Support projects and automation efforts.
- Monitor trainee hours and update Airtable and other trackers.
- Prepare invoices and payroll trackers using Google Sheets.
- Audit screenshots and provide detailed reports on time log discrepancies.
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for each client, comparing invoices to payments.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Audit, Business Management, or a related field.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in Google Workspace.
- Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Be available for a minimum of 400 hours and able to work in US Eastern Standard Time.
