Your Role
Content Creation (60%)
- Develop and write high-quality content, including whitepapers, playbooks, blog posts, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Great understanding of social media and digital marketing channels
- Research industry trends, best practices, and target audience preferences.
- Create engaging and informative B2B/B2C content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Competition mapping for creating better content for the target audience
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
Outreach and Promotion (30%)
- Identify and target relevant publications, influencers, and industry forums for content distribution.
- Pitch content to media outlets and build relationships with journalists.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote content and engage with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Industry Knowledge (10%)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the outsourcing and remote hiring industry.
- Research industry-specific topics and write articles or blog posts to share insights.
- Assist in developing thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry expert.
About You
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for content creation and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- A basic understanding of the outsourcing and remote hiring industry is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring content performance.
