Your Role

Content Creation (60%)

  • Develop and write high-quality content, including whitepapers, playbooks, blog posts, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Great understanding of social media and digital marketing channels 
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and target audience preferences.
  • Create engaging and informative B2B/B2C content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Competition mapping for creating better content for the target audience
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.

Outreach and Promotion (30%)

  • Identify and target relevant publications, influencers, and industry forums for content distribution.
  • Pitch content to media outlets and build relationships with journalists.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote content and engage with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.

Industry Knowledge (10%)

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the outsourcing and remote hiring industry.
  • Research industry-specific topics and write articles or blog posts to share insights.
  • Assist in developing thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry expert.

About You

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for content creation and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • A basic understanding of the outsourcing and remote hiring industry is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring content performance.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
