Social Media Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

• Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, tailored to its B2B audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage its social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and interacting with its community.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with its followers by participating in online discussions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Analytics: Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to inform its content strategy.
• Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients and industry influencers to expand its network.

About You

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
• Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to learn about remote work.

• At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
