Your role

CRISIL GR&RS is a leading provider of high-end research, risk and analytics services. They are the world's largest provider of equity and fixed-income research support to banks and buy-side firms. They are also the foremost provider of end-to-end risk and analytics services that include quantitative support, front and middle office support, and regulatory and business process change management support to trading, risk management, regulatory and CFO functions at the world's leading financial institutions.

They are looking for qualified CA graduates for the Chennai/Pune location. Please find below the job description for your reference.

• Supporting the analyst team for a large Buy-side client specializing in an accounting-based proprietary valuation
• Assist in maintaining proprietary valuation models for the client
• Apply customized accounting adjustments to evaluate the true economic value of a company
• Actively involved in supporting analysts during earnings season including, updating models, forecasting using consensus and providing a summary of results for internal circulation.
• In-depth analysis of financial statements including notes to accounts to ensure a high level of data accuracy.
• Reading and analyzing company presentations, call transcripts, and broker reports to capture the relevant impact on overall company valuations
• Tracking and analyzing news flows, daily share price movements and managing databases for respective stocks.
• Work on ad-hoc analysis of accounting parameters across companies and sectors
• Comprehensive analysis of ESG aspect for coverage companies

Compensation & benefits

As a Management Trainee, you will receive a salary of around INR 700,000 to INR 800,000 per annum as well as the following benefits:
