Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Leading the adoption of digital initiatives by implementing change management plans and activities within specified timelines.
- Developing and executing communication strategies to engage stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Defining and tracking success metrics to evaluate change management effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback and data, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
