Work you’ll do

Deloitte is seeking an individual to support its client feedback program, designed to aggregate client feedback and provide actionable insights for better relationship building with strategic clients. The role, part of the Client Service Assessment team under Clients & Industries, requires a meticulous and process-driven approach. The successful candidate will assist with client data review, report production, and other ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client feedback survey platform
• Analyze and present information gathered clearly and concisely 
• Develop insights and reports based on customers’ voice
• Support in marketing activities and other ad-hoc projects

About You

Requirements:

• They are looking for undergraduates in the field of business management, statistics, or any related discipline. The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal, Microsoft Office skills, data visualization and analytical skills.
