DUAP Intern (Oct 2024)

Work you’ll do

• Maintaining the digital copy of all project documentation.
• Provide support in the preparation of functions and workstreams working templates and materials.
• Produce communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with maintaining Financial Models and Project Tools.
• Support workshops and put forward design-tailored solutions for internal and external clients.
• Assist with the creation of client-ready presentations.
• Draw insight and synthesized findings from qualitative and quantitative research.

Requirements:

• Undergraduates/Current students in the field of Project Management, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• A professional attitude and a commitment to completing tasks on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective communication materials.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support various project needs as required.
• Ability to adapt to new tasks and environments quickly.
• Able to commit long term internship (minimum 6 months to 1 year) from Oct 2024 onwards.
