Work you’ll do:

You will be part of our structured Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program and be given a personal coach, the opportunity to undergo a multi-week intensive boot camp training aimed at equipping you with the skillsets necessary to excel, and opportunities to gain regional exposure by traveling across SEA as part of project assignments, and other professional development opportunities.

This program will allow you to develop core consulting skills and business acumen whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

We focus on implementing cutting-edge cognitive and digital solutions to reduce costs, maximize efficiency, transform payments and revenue processes, and leverage emerging business models.

As an Analyst in our Healthcare Solutions offering, you will play a pivotal role in advisory-led digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing healthcare, driving innovation and operational excellence. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives but also to undergo training and/or certification while equipping you with the expertise to become a go-to solutions expert in healthcare. Your work will play a key role in facilitating the adoption and integration of emerging health technologies within healthcare organizations.

As an Analyst in our Healthcare Solutions offering, your role would include but not be limited to:

  • Support project teams in creating a strategy for how their organizations can leverage the Cloud, create a business case, design a Cloud architecture, and put in place governance and policies to manage the new world.
  •  Assist consultants in architecting the migration approach which includes thinking through the best approach towards which applications to migrate, re-built using Cloud native technologies, or bought from Cloud SaaS providers.
  • Being innovative in delivery by embracing new agile ways of working, enabled by new Cloud tools, to deliver Cloud solutions to our clients.
  • Work with project teams in considering how to integrate the Cloud into clients' enterprises through infrastructure and networking solutions to connect, optimize, and manage Cloud solutions across a wide choice of platforms.
  • Provide support in managed services by ensuring the client's use of the Cloud is secure, resilient, compliant, cost-effective, and properly service-managed, consider the use of a Cloud Managed Service Provider
  • Exclusive training and /or certification in health technologies to empower you to be an industry-domain solution expert.

You are someone who is:

  • In your final year of study or recent graduate between 0-2 years of work experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrates keen interest in Cloud technologies and healthcare transformation.
  • Certification in Cloud e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure will be advantageous.
  • Some understanding of Agile, SCRUM, and Continuous Delivery.
  • Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, self-motivated, and able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
  • Drive, tenacity, entrepreneurship, client-focused and results-oriented.
  • You enjoy working methodically and with great attention to detail.
  • Proven demonstration of sound business acumen & teamwork, confidence in public speaking, and presentation preparation are appreciated.
