Your role
Position Summary:
Join their select group of Deloitte Discovery interns, and you'll get an inside look at what it's really like to work for a professional services organization.
Work you’ll do:
Assigned to one or more client projects with mentorship and support for success.
Exposure to real-life projects and national/local learning and networking events.
Engage in social activities to network with Deloitte professionals.
About you
Qualifications required:
College student with an anticipated graduation date of 2027 with definitive plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
For anticipated accounting majors, you must be CPA eligible, including that you will have the required credit hours to sit for the CPA exam, upon graduation.
Strong academic performance with extracurricular activities.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Qualifications preferred:
GPA of 3.2
A proven history of collegiate-level leadership, such as membership in a campus club or society; strong preference for affiliation with organizations committed to inclusion.
A proven history of collegiate philanthropic activity.

Compensation & benefits
The pay for this role can range from $28 to $32 per hour.

Training & development
How you’ll grow:
Each intern is assigned a mentorship team including a counselor for career guidance and feedback, typically a manager or senior manager.
The onboarding advisor serves as a peer "buddy" for answering questions and maximizing the internship experience.
Opportunities to form additional formal and informal mentor relationships during the internship.
Mentor relationships can extend beyond the internship and provide ongoing connections with Deloitte while back at school.
Career progression
There will be a formal goal-setting and evaluation process throughout the internship. Depending on performance and other factors, Discovery interns may have the opportunity to receive a subsequent internship opportunity at Deloitte.
