Develop and design vital solutions that facilitate large-scale changes, improving business value.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance.
• Providing project support in planning, execution, monitoring, control, and reporting activities.
• Engaging in deliverable management coordination and supporting project onboarding activities.
• Providing reports and input to aid projects in decision-making.
• Collaborating with an experienced team to enhance business operations.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025 in relevant fields such as Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Economics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations) 
• A strong academic track record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• The ability to commute to Frankfort, KY, and relocate after two years if required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• The ability to obtain the required security clearance.
• Preferred skills include confidence with business processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
