Develop mission-critical solutions and support large-scale transformations with a global team.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance.
  • Supporting project requirements as documented in the Training Plan/Statement of Work.
  • Utilizing a content style guide to develop training materials.
  • Developing creative training solutions using adult learning principles and the ADDIE framework.
  • Incorporating feedback from delivery leads and subject matter experts into training materials.
  • Developing customized training solutions and drafting deliverables with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Supporting vILT and/or Train-the-Trainer delivery.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025 in Business, Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Organization Behavior, or a related field.
  • A strong academic track record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • The ability to commute to Frankfort, KY, and relocate after 2 years if required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with business, management, human resources, or instructional design.
  • Experience with project management support, adult learning principles, ADDIE modeling, and authoring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and task completion skills.
