Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with client-facing deal teams to align recommendations with business goals.
  • Constructing financial models for growth strategies and transaction alternatives.
  • Employing valuation methodologies to evaluate business worth.
  • Learning to position businesses in the investor community.
  • Gaining exposure to senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction process.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
