Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborate with experienced investment bankers and clients across various industries.
• Assist in M&A transactions, providing strategic and financial advice.
• Construct financial models to evaluate growth strategies and transaction alternatives.
• Apply valuation methodologies to assess business worth and advise on transactions.
• Engage with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction process.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A strong academic track record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
