Your role

Work you’ll do:

• Throughout the internship, interns are assigned to one or more client projects where they will receive mentorship and support to help their success in the engagement.
• Beyond exposure to “real life” projects, the internship also delivers a variety of national and local learning and networking events.
• In addition, throughout the internship there are ongoing learning events such as lunch and learns, industry/service line spotlights, and regularly scheduled training offerings designed to help their interns develop technical and client service skills.
• The interns will understand first-hand what a career with Deloitte is like and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network.
• Additional social activities are planned throughout the internship period to provide opportunities to network with Deloitte professionals.
• Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively. 
• Interns are expected to demonstrate leadership qualities and potential.

Deloitte internship program offers comprehensive mentorship and training, combining technical skills development with professional behaviors and mindsets. Through hands-on exercises and collaboration with experienced consulting professionals, you'll gain real-world experience and have the opportunity to ask questions, fostering valuable growth during your internship.

Salary & benefits

The base salary range for this position is $28 - $32 per hour, which equates to $59,100 - $67,600 per year.

About you

Use your skills to move the world forward:

Required:

• College Freshman or Sophomore with definitive plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Definitive plans to pursue minimum requirements for CPA eligibility.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• Strong academic performance with extracurricular activities; minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Plans to pursue a Master of Science in Accounting or a related field.
