Join Deloitte Tax as a Full-Time Tax Consultant (LLM) to analyze tax effects, reduce rates, and achieve performance goals.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships as a trusted tax adviser.
  • Collaborating with high-performing teams to develop solutions to complex tax issues.
  • Researching tax law and defending tax positions.
  • Understanding tax implications for clients and making recommendations.
  • Assisting with strategic tax planning and audit defense.
  • Preparing federal and state tax returns and forms.
  • Preparing income tax provisions and supporting Deloitte audit teams.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

  • LLM in Taxation degree.
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0).
  • Bar exam eligibility before full-time employment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Capability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating 2-3 days per week.
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree in accounting, taxation, or related field, and relevant work experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range is $78,000 to $140,000, considering factors like skills, experience, and location. Compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.
