In a role as a risk & financial advisory analyst specializing in Securitization at Deloitte, specific areas of work might include:
Perform loan file review and analytics of the underlying assets in a securitization transaction
Review transaction offering documents
Perform post-closing compliance testing
Interface with clients, attorneys, and other professionals within the organization and the fixed industry
Regardless of project type, your work may require:
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/ responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills in support of both innovative and operational enhancement opportunities
Ability to collaborate and communicate with Deloitte team members and client stakeholders
Ability to identify, learn, understand, and implement new concepts, frameworks, and emerging technologies

For this role, the most required qualifications are:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Quantitative Finance.
You have a strong academic track record with extracurricular activities (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above).
You are legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
You can travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
You are expected to work in a hybrid environment, which means you should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily if required.
You will be co-located 30-50% of the time, with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations.
Preferred qualifications include:
You have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above.
You have exposure to computer programming languages such as VBA and Python, and industry system platforms such as Bloomberg, Intex, or TREPP.
You have relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs).
You have demonstrated recent leadership, such as in a campus club, society, sports teams, or other activities.
You have demonstrated recent social impact or volunteer activity.
The estimated annual pay for this role is $84000.
