We are looking for Australia's leading 'go-getters' to join our dynamic workforce dedicated to keeping Australia prosperous, secure and united. We offer our graduates a range of interesting opportunities and unique experiences, contributing to a culture that values diversity, respect and inclusion.

This is an ongoing position, in which you will experience various workplace rotations within the Department before being welcomed to your home placement at the end of your rotation period.

Your options are not limited by your degree. Your degree has equipped you with a wealth of transferable skills that can be utilised across all facets of the Department.

We provide an exciting range of opportunities across various business areas including:

  • Policy
  • Corporate
  • Program Implementation

We are committed to building and valuing a diverse workforce that represents the community we serve.

A workforce that fosters inclusiveness and embraces the diversity of its people, such as differences in cultural backgrounds, race, ethnicity, disability, age, gender identity or sexual orientation.

We support our staff by realising their full potential through removing employment-related disadvantages and barriers to participation.

We drive innovation, performance and productivity by empowering our diverse workforce to utilise the unique skills, ideas, perspectives and qualities that they contribute every day.
