As a Graduate Officer, you will take on varied placements assisting in research, information sourcing and gathering, data analysis, project management, coordination and implementation, and development of their technical skills. You will work within multiple workplace environments demonstrating adaptability and self-awareness. You will have the opportunity to apply your education in the workplace while gaining practical skills to kickstart a rewarding career.
The Department of Justice is a complex environment that will require you to apply critical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will participate in an 18-month development program consisting of three six-month workplace rotations exposing you to various operations and business areas. Your enthusiasm for learning will see you participate in professional learning and development opportunities and build capabilities and networks, both internally and externally to the Department.
