Lots of red tape and approvals required before applying changes to a technical environment which can slow productivity.
There is not a lot of work for someone in my role in this team, so the work I am involved in does not match the work of my role.
There are no other TMR grads in my team and it's easy to feel pretty disconnected.
The company's office is in an inconvenient place where commuting can be a challenge.
