DoT STEM Graduate Program
Our STEM Graduate Program is a 3-year development program consisting of six 6-month rotations across your discipline. The first 2 years as a graduate you will receive tailored learning and development, mentoring & exposure days across the Victorian transport network; the 3rd year will be about accreditation. Graduates generally undergo a regional rotation to gain valuable hands on experience in a booming area of our business.
