2023 Dexus Graduate Program - discover the space where the curious thrive

The Dexus Graduate Program is now open for applications, seeking exceptional individuals for the upcoming program commencing February 2023.

Our Graduate Program is a two-year program in which you will take part in 4 rotations, allowing you to experience the cornerstones of the property sector. In our program, you will be part of a cohort of Graduates, each with a personalised and unique experience to kickstart your career in the property sector.

Our program allows you to experience, learn and develop your skills in our core business functions, including but not limited to: Capital Transactions, Funds Management, Development, Strategy & Research, Valuations, Leasing, Corporate functions such as Marketing, Risk & Compliance, Investor Relations, Communications and Sustainability and Asset Management in Office, Industrial, Healthcare and/or Retail.

Throughout each rotation, you'll be exposed to the key functions that make up our business and become fully immersed in life at Dexus, adding value from day one. You'll grow with ongoing mentoring, career development and support, whilst developing on a personal level through our wellbeing initiatives.

Our Graduates

We have Graduate opportunities in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and are open to varied degree types, including but not limited to: Property (Real Estate, Land/Property Economics), Business/Commerce (Finance, Economics, Statistics), Sustainability & Built Environment, Law and Construction Management.

Our selection process includes these key steps:

• Apply online from Tuesday 8th March until 11.59pm Sunday 17th April. We encourage you to apply as early as possible as we are anticipating a high number of applications. (Eligibility - At time of application candidates must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency. You must complete your degree before the Graduate Program begins in February 2023.)
• Complete video interview & psychometric assessment
• Attend Graduate Assessment Centre Day (mid-May) in Sydney. Offers are extended in late May 2022.
• Start your new role as a Graduate at Dexus in February 2023.
