Account Manager (Start ASAP)

Your role

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary contact for customers, providing tailored solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conducting on-site quality testing, inspections, and audits.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics.
• Facilitating regular business review meetings.
• Driving sales and business development opportunities.

About you

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or manufacturing.
• Ability to facilitate clear and open dialogue with diverse stakeholders.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and maintain equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and a hunger to learn.
