This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource professional looking to further their career in a global environmental/social leader that aims to lead the field in sustainability consulting.
The HR Administrator will report to the ANZ Human Resources Director, and support the ANZ HR Manager and APAC recruitment team. The successful candidate will be accountable for HR administrative tasks relating to the Joiner / Mover / Leaver process, immigration, HR Information System (Workday), HR reporting and training.
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
Responding to HR queries in-person and via phone/email in an accurate and timely manner;
Supporting recruitment activities such as interview coordination;
Preparing HR documents such as employment offers, change of employment terms letters, and employee forms;
Maintaining and coordinating the on-boarding and off-boarding processes;
Training administration activities such as managing attendees and training calendar logistics;
Maintenance of our HR Information System including reporting on HR metrics;
Coordination of the HR weekly newsletter; and
Other ad hoc tasks as and when they arise
Tertiary education in Human Resources or other relevant field;
At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
Solid understanding of HR Operations;
Excellent time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive and resilient: it’s a fast-paced environment and no two days are the same!
