Junior Salesforce Consultant (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborate with the Consulting Director on Salesforce projects.
• Assist in project planning and progress monitoring.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Meet with clients to understand energy and emissions management.
• Document client requirements for sustainability solutions.
• Provide guidance on sustainability data management.
• Design sustainability management solutions.
• Interface with senior management and technology teams.
• Participate in data workshops to understand sustainability data.
• Design and configure Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and supporting technologies.
• Assist in CRM Analytics/Tableau configurations.
• Support data migrations and client data management.
• Respond to client support inquiries.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
• Build client relationships and identify consulting opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement and strategy development.
• Stay updated with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud releases.
• Comply with industry legislation and report risks.
