Your role

About the role

Evolution Mining is currently seeking a Site Administrator for their Mount Rawdon Mine on a full-time basis. This position reports to the Senior Site Administrator, and its purpose is to provide a proactive, organized, and efficient administration service to mining operations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Document control filing, scanning, and archiving
• Data entry
• Supporting the line manager with administrative processing of operational and project activities
• Raising purchase orders with Ongoing management of Invoices
• Book and coordinate staff and visitor travel requirements, uniform orders, inductions, and site access
• Organize visitor and staff housing/accommodation
• audits and governance reporting
• Offering general assistance to the site on a need basis

Training, development & rotations

You will be exposed to on-the-job learning, an individual development plan, a strong support network, and ownership of real work projects from day one. You will have the opportunity to learn technical and business skills from a technical leader who will oversee your development and provide guidance.

Salary & benefits

Roles in Site Administrator may earn an average of A$52,000 to A$80,000 (Source: Prosple Salary Guide)

About you

Evolution Mining is looking for someone who has Excellent time management and organizational skills, and who enjoys working with people in cross-cultural environments. To be considered for this role you must have/demonstrate:

• Proficiency in using MS Office suite
• Good attention to detail
• Great communication skills - ability to build strong relationships with office and site personnel
