Join EY's Assurance team as a Financial Accounting Advisory Services Intern, contributing to high-profile projects and client relationships.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating basic knowledge of complex financial accounting, reporting, disclosure, and internal controls.
  • Executing high-profile projects related to finance optimization, strategic transactions, sustainable finance, or accounting standards change.
  • Understanding the client's industry and recognizing key performance drivers and business trends.
  • Demonstrating professionalism in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term productive client relationships and networks.

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • Met the minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure and a plan for passing the CPA exam.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work excess hours when necessary.
  • Access to reliable transportation; a driver’s license is recommended.
  • A passion for activities outside of studies and eagerness to learn about different industries.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly pay range in the US is $36.06 - $45.19, based on education, location, and market data. The Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and various paid time off options. Flexible vacation policy and time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, and other leaves are provided.
