Join EY's Technical Accounting Advisory Group to consult on complex accounting issues and collaborate with global teams.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with clients on complex and technical accounting issues.
  • Collaborating with partners, senior managers, and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations.
  • Ensuring the Engagement team understands clients’ unique needs, ambitions, and expectations.
  • Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines for seamless integrated service.
  • Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.

About You:

  • Candidates should have or be working towards a bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting, with the drive and pre-qualifications for CPA certification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to research accounting inquiries and analyze emerging issues.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
  • Access to reliable transportation; a driver’s license is recommended.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range in the US is $75,000 - $94,000, based on education, location, and market data. The Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and various paid time off options. Flexible vacation policy and designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, and Personal/Family Care leaves are provided.
