Your role

Your key responsibilities:

  • Serve on multiple client engagement teams that assist in performing fraud and forensic investigations, expert witness services, and financial and economic analyses.
  • By creating work products that document the engagement procedures, you can maintain a strong client focus and develop productive working relationships with clients.
  • Utilize technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
  • Support colleagues and value others’ contributions through teamwork, integrity and leadership, as well as bringing potential opportunities to the team’s attention.
  • Operate effectively in a regulated environment.
  • The opportunity to work on various forensics offerings (Insurance & Federal Claims Services, Disputes, Government Contract Services, Investigations & Compliance, Financial Services or Life Sciences) will allow you to learn, grow and develop into a well-rounded Forensics professional.

About you

Job requirements and preferences:

  • Have or be working toward, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or dual degrees in Accounting/‌Finance, Accounting/‌Economics, Accounting/MIS or similar majors.
  • Meet the minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in your work state before beginning full-time employment and have a demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Superior project management, interpersonal, communication, teaming, organizational and technology skills.
  • You have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
  • Work may be required in more standard hours. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
  • Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride-side-share public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
  • A valid passport.

Compensation & benefits

The hourly pay for this role at this company ranges from $36.06 - $45.19.
