Your role

Position Overview:

  • As an Associate Analyst, you'll be based in one of their Service Delivery Centers.
  • The centralized workforce is made up of high-performing US-based employees who work closely with client-serving professionals to deliver project-based support work to their clients.
  • Their Service Delivery Center provides a broad range of integrated services to three main industries: commercial, financial institutions, and government clients.
  • Within the Service Delivery Center, their Business Operations segment is comprised of several competencies:

    • FSO Assurance
    • Government & Public Sector (GPS)
    • Regulatory Compliance
    • FSO Credit Services
    • Quality Assurance Testing and many more.

What you will do:

  • As part of the EY Comply team, you will support their financial services clients dedicated to wealth and asset management, bank and capital markets, and insurance firms.
  • As part of the Tax Support team, you will support their financial services clients dedicated to wealth and asset management, bank and capital markets, and insurance firms. Your work will include supporting the tax engagement teams to deliver quality.
  • As part of the FSO Assurance practice, you will be part of a highly collaborative team where you will quickly learn on-the-job skills to achieve your career ambitions while helping them develop new and exciting opportunities within the business.
  • As part of the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, you will work with US-based teams who work closely with their experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to their federal clients.
  • As part of the Regulatory Compliance team, you will be part of a team consisting of high-performing US-based employees who work closely with their Consulting professionals to deliver work to their Financial Services clients.
  • As part of the FSO Credit Services practice, you will support The Credit Risk practice which provides services to Credit Risk Management functions, primarily performing credit reviews for commercial and consumer credit exposures within the financial services industry.
  • As part of the Quality Assurance Testing team, you will spend your time as part of an entrepreneurial team, looking to validate those changes to client technology platforms to support the new capabilities that clients are trying to take to market.

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in general business, finance, or liberal arts, with a strong academic record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management, teaming, organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and/or SharePoint) and willingness to learn firm and client-specific technologies.
  • Experience analyzing and solving problems of a complex nature.
  • Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.

Compensation & benefits

The hourly pay range for this job is $51,500 - $57,000.
