Your role

What you will do:

As a Technology Track EY Launch Intern, you’ll discover the various ways they fuse business insight with technology, digital and data solutions to transform their client’s businesses and gain competitive advantage.

  • Applying technology solutions to solve their client's complex technology challenges.
  • Leveraging the expertise of their teams to shape their client's technology agenda.
  • Helping their clients plan and deliver organization-wide transformation programs.
  • Understanding and documenting clients’ business processes and requirements, performing root cause analyses, developing business cases, and gathering information.

While each EY Launch Intern’s experience will be unique, you can expect to work on real business challenges, support client teams, and access learning, technology, relationships, and support.

About you

Job requirements and preferences:

  • College freshman, sophomore, or junior status.
  • An excellent academic record in a relevant technology discipline, i.e., Computer Science, Computer or other technology-related Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics, and Business Analytics.
  • Ability to travel locally to the EY office, client, and/or third-party sites

Preferred qualifications:

  • inclusiveness for underrepresented groups.
  • A proven history of leadership, such as in a campus club or society.
  • A genuine interest in a professional services career.
  • Aptitude, interest, and/or experience in Java, Javascript, .Net, Python, C, C++, PHP, web development, analytics-focused tools and platforms such as SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, business process design, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle, or integration tools.

Compensation & benefits

The hourly pay for this role at this company ranges from $32.45- $36.96.
