Service Delivery Center - Assurance Business Support Associate Staff (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Support Assurance engagements at the Service Delivery Center in San Antonio, TX.
• Assist in executing and documenting standardized procedures under the direction of the Assurance Senior Associate.
• Ensure timely execution of procedures to meet client deadlines and manage expectations.
• Communicate exceptions or unique situations to the Assurance Senior Associate.
• Maintain quality in client service by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Analyze evidence, identify non-compliance, and apply a balanced view.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent business experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to or reside in the San Antonio, TX area.
