Support Assurance engagements at EY's Service Delivery Center, leveraging global resources and inclusive culture.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with execution and documentation of standardized procedures under the direction of the Assurance Senior Analyst.
  • Documenting clearly and accurately the execution of procedures as defined.
  • Executing standardized procedures in a timely fashion to meet client service team deadlines.
  • Communicating identified exceptions or non-reoccurring situations to the Assurance Senior Analyst for review.
  • Ensuring quality in delivering client service by executing procedures as prescribed.
  • Following well-defined processes, procedures, and protocols.
  • Analyzing evidence, reaching conclusions, and identifying non-compliance while applying a balanced view.
  • Operating in a hybrid work environment with required in-person training at the start of the internship.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Pursuing an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 30 credit hours completed, prior business experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong writing skills, with business fluency in English.
  • Interest in basic accounting concepts.
  • Ability to consistently follow standardized procedures.
  • Attention to detail and diligence in resolution of issues.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task on projects and assignments.
  • Ability to learn new software tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly pay for this job in the US is $17.31. EY offers a competitive compensation package, including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
