Service Delivery Center - Business Operations Associate Analyst (Start ASAP)

Support Assurance engagements at EY's Service Delivery Center in San Antonio, TX.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Assurance engagements at the Service Delivery Center.
• Assisting with execution and documentation of standardized procedures.
• Documenting execution of procedures clearly and accurately.
• Executing procedures timely to meet client service deadlines.
• Communicating exceptions to the Assurance Senior Associate.
• Ensuring quality in client service delivery.
• Following defined processes and sharing unusual situations for review.
• Analyzing evidence and identifying non-compliance.

About You:

Candidates should have:

• An associate's degree in a business-related major or relevant business experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures consistently.
• Attention to detail and issue resolution diligence.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Multi-tasking skills on projects and assignments.
• Ability to learn new software tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX.

Compensation & Benefits:
