Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Research and analyze client issues to understand business needs.
  • Communicate findings and articulate approaches clearly to clients.
  • Stay updated on trends and technical authorities, applying them to complex situations.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality services and work products.
  • Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of their business.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client interactions.
  • Contribute to team success by understanding EY methodologies and seeking new opportunities.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, plus an LL.M. in Taxation, JD, or Master of Taxation.
  • Membership or planned membership in a US state bar, or a plan to pass the CPA exam.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
  • Reliable transportation access; a driver's license is recommended.

Compensation & Benefits:

The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000, based on education, location, and market data. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and various paid time off options. Employees are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time.
