What you will do:
As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will have significant involvement in all stages of the transfer pricing lifecycle, offering a high-profile opportunity to assume diverse responsibilities and expand your skills and expertise.
Your primary focus will be to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform and advise their clients.
This will include building strong relationships with clients across a broad spectrum of industries and understanding their specific requirements and goals in order to deliver customized global services that meet their unique needs.
Your key responsibilities include:
Understanding of the US Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines to advise clients in decision-making.
Understanding transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
Support in modeling financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets, and developing practical planning approaches.
Support in working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
Utilizing tax research databases and other tax-related tools in the completion of assigned tasks.
Liaising with onshore and global transfer pricing professionals to drive collaboration.
About you
Required Qualifications:
A predicted undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or another relevant field of study.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Alteryx, and Word.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Progress towards a Masters, Ph D, JD, or LL.M. in Taxation.
Compensation & benefits
The hourly pay range for this job is $31.25 - $40.87.
