• Training and mentorship: Start with 6 weeks of guided training, followed by hands-on learning in FDM’s Skill Lab. You’ll get practical experience in project management, business analysis, and change management.

About you 

• You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)       
• Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program     
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills    
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident) 
• Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. FDM offers a relocation package and connects you with other consultants for support.   

Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
