About the Role
You’ll embark your journey as an FDM Consultant, gaining up to 6 weeks of hands-on coaching in our Skills Lab where our experts will help you get the skills for career success. Then, you’ll continue learning alongside peers in a practice-based environment to get job-ready and confident for your first client project.

About you
- You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)
- Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Determination and drive – this means going the extra mile to succeed as an IT Consultant
- Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
- Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.

Reviews
Development tickets, addressing and fixing bugs raised by test team. Design meetings to understand business requirements
I work on manual testing of our whole application, both our micro-service and external vendor application that we use for front end. My responsibilities is to ensure that tickets are well tested and ready to deploy to production with minimal defects and issues. I create test cases for all type of test, functional, progression, regression etc Other than that I am working on automation of our whole application
Mostly working for a client to migrate the data and perform data quality checks.

The team - they're always friendly and willing to help
The colleagues I work with are great people, willing to teach and hard working. They are also supportive out of work and the work culture is great. The applications and software we work with are probably another good thing I enjoy about working here, it's different from everything I have been taught so far, so it means there is a lot in the IT world that I don't know!

Job security
Not much I can think of at the moment, but the workload can get pretty bad since I was the only QA in our team for a while. But at the same time, I enjoy learning new things and don't mind putting in my own hours to upskill. At times I can say that is bad since the work-life balance is not there, but also it's good.
Extended hours and occasional burnout
Training sometimes is not specific to what you get into
I'd say salary, especially as inflation is pretty high.
