Graduate Program (Start ASAP)

Your role

Make a difference from day one. As a Great Southern Bank graduate, you'll embark on an 18-month rotational program designed to provide you with exposure and valuable insights into Great Southern Bank's customer-centric business.

Eligibility:

• You must have completed or be working towards completing an undergraduate degree in the past two years (2023 or 2024).  They welcome applicants from all disciplines, with a special interest in Technology, Computer Science, Data, Finance, and Risk.
• You should hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency. They encourage and support First Nations candidates to apply.

Training & development

You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and initiatives, fostering a corporate environment that emphasizes learning and ongoing career development. Graduates will have the flexibility to design a development program tailored to their preferences and business needs, with unique rotations each year to help refine their primary area of interest by the program's end.
