Application Process & Interviews at GSK

5.6
5.6 rating for Recruitment, based on 7 reviews
Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Back and forth hiring process - I got rejected on the first round of interviews and then had a follow-up email indicating that I may be available for other positions. One con - hiring manager did not record the virtual interview (despite indicating that this could the case) which may have reduced my opportunities for other opportunities in other vacancies.

Interview process was very thorough and long. Video prompt format not favorable, especially when you tell participants a practice question is not filmed - when in actuality it is. Creates a dishonest bias towards a potential participant.

There was the application, then the simulated questions, then the video interviews and then the f2f interviews. Just felt like a lot. Also i got an email saying i was unsuccessful then a follow up email saying that was a mistake which was very confusing

The interview process was extensive, but assessments seemed relevant. There were lots of touchpoints from the recruitment team, which was reassuring, and it was clear who to contact with questions.

Long 2 hour questionnaire alongside the resume. Then video answers followed which mainly were 1 take. Lastly, a 45 minute call with 2 interviewers.
