My department is amazing at providing bonuses when recognising great work.

Great compensation. Extra bonuses, based on achievements and successes were fantastic, and helped motivate.

For an internship I feel my pay is appropriate. Next year I am taking on a different role at GSK and feel very satisfied regarding my pay and bonus scheme for that role.

Bonuses very generous. Pay is good for an intern however if permanent obviously would demand more.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

Travelling. Hands-down. The experiences of travelling whilst working are unmatched at ViiV and I am extremely grateful I could do so.
