The programme provides you with the knowledge, skills and exposure on which successful banking careers are built. The work you will do in the first 12 months of the 18-month programme you will be working within the Markets Treasury team, which is a specialist area within M&SS. Markets Treasury is a significant contributor to the revenue of the Group, with staff in over 50 sites worldwide spanning the various Group balance sheets. Markets Treasury provides input into the local Asset & Liability Management Committee (ALCO) and liaises extensively with matters related to Asset, Liability & Capital Management.
In this role, you will learn responsibilities for the management of funding, liquidity, structural interest rate risk and the investment book of the Bank. You will be joining a small dynamic team engaging senior stakeholders across the bank and facing external market participants.
