Your role

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital-centric project management strategies for efficient project delivery.
  • Adapt global initiatives for local relevance in collaboration with group specialists.
  • Communicate implementations and initiatives to stakeholders, ensuring engagement.
  • Manage complex local implementations, including time, cost, and risk control.
  • Lead and engage co-workers with key competencies for high-performing teams.
  • Maintain and update digital tools, ensuring they are current.
  • Develop training guidelines for digital tools and ensure effective learning delivery.
  • Collaborate with RCMP globally to capture improvement needs.
  • The contract end date for the temporary position is 01 February 2026.
