Your role

IKEA Australia is looking for co-workers in the following areas;

  • Sales - Combine your positive attitude and exceptional customer service to provide product advice and memorable in-store experiences to our customers.
  • Logistics- Select, pack and dispatch orders. Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of selection and presentation are met every time to delight our customers when their purchases arrive for collection in-store via Click & Collect. You may also help re-stock our shelves to ensure that our customers can find their next home furnishing purchase.
  • Customer Service – the friendly face of IKEA, you may be greeting our customers at the store entry, helping customers with returns or home delivery, or servicing customers at our checkouts.
  • IKEA Food – Enthusiastic, passionate about food and retail, and loving connecting with others, you will be responsible for cash handling, customer service, maintaining the customer restaurant and/or Swedish Food Market, or preparing and serving meals to our hungry customers.
