Your role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the top choice for home furnishing in the local market.
  • Provide home furnishing solutions to improve customers' lives at home.
  • Use visual merchandising to showcase the uniqueness of the IKEA product range.
  • Design and optimize store layouts for a seamless customer journey.
  • Plan and implement a range of presentation solutions aligned with IKEA's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective range presentation and layout solutions.

About you

Qualifications

  • Be passionate about turning designs into reality with strong time management skills.
  • Be proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to change.
  • Be curious about home furnishing and apply core visual merchandising principles.
  • Be a creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Be a natural collaborator, comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Have a tertiary qualification or relevant experience in visual merchandising or a related design field.
  • Be comfortable working at heights with a strong commitment to safety.
