Accounts Payable Accountant (应付账款会计) (Start ASAP)

Verify and book invoices, generate payment proposals, and support audits in a dynamic finance environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Verify and book commercial goods and service invoices accurately and timely.
• Generate payment proposal batch files and ensure timely clearing of accounting payable balances.
• Perform journal entries for payment rejections and adjustments.
• Follow up on monthly Accounts Payable Analysis Reports and coordinate resolutions.
• Contribute to the development of Accounts Payable processes and finance systems.
• Develop Working Instructions and understand cross-functional processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and support external audits.
